Real
Estate Agents Wanted to do BPO's in Raleigh/Durham
& Northern Virginia Markets
We're
looking for an experienced, licensed real estate agents to provide
BPOs for properties in the Raleigh/Durham & Northern
Virginia areas. These BPOs will be used to determine value
ranges for short sale purchase offers. In addition to the BPO
paperwork, these agents will need have excellent sales and persuasion
skills in order to influence the bank assigned BPO agents. This
is contract, part time work.
Requirements:
Access
and experience with the MLS/MRIS system and experience pulling
comps
You
will need to prove to us that you are familiar with the basics
of real estate valuation.
You need to be computer savvy, familiar with the Internet,
computers and the basic Microsoft office programs.
Must
have your own transportation, computer, and a digital camera.
Schedule
must be flexible enough to meet with bank a assigned BPO agent
at property, probably during daytime hours, within 24 hours notice.
Preferences:
- You have
had your real estate license for at least 2 years. (Note: Upon
request, be prepared to provide a copy of your NC or VA real
estate license.)
- You know
what information goes into a BPO Package.
- You have
the ability to create a BPO package either
software package that does it automatically or enough knowledge
to put all pieces of the package together in a easy to use format.
- You currently
work in the Raleigh/Durham or Northern Virginia
markets.
- Experience
with Short Sales a plus, but not necessary.
- Bilingual
in Spanish would is a plus, but not necessary.
Pay
and hours info:
- Pay rate
will range between $50-100 for the BPO package, with a bonus
of up to 5% profit sharing in proceeds when a transaction goes
through as a short sale
- Hours are
flexible, but you may be required to react with a 24 hour turn
around. This turn around could also include weekends.
- No Benefits,
Heath, Life, Disability etc.
- This is
an outside sales position paid on a 1099 status through our

Loss
Mitigation/Short Sale Negotiator in Raleigh/Durham
& Northern Virginia
We're looking
for a short sale negotiator/loss mitigation expert to help in
our short sale division. Our company purchases financially distressed
property by negotiating a settlement with bank negotiators. This
position will work directly with the bank mitigators.
You can WORK
FROM HOME. We will e-mail/fax the files for you to negotiate with
the banks. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO SPEND A DIME ON MARKETING!! WE'LL
MAKE YOUR NEGOTIATING AS EASY AS POSSIBLE!! We have BPO Agents
and Contractors to give you the ammo you need to fight for an
acceptable price. Your job is to get the contract accepted by
the bank. GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME AND EARN GREAT MONEY!!
The right
candidate will have:
1. A minimum of one year experience actively negotiating with
the loss mitigation department of major lenders or have the same
amount of experience working in major lenders loss mitigation
department.
2. Mortgage or Negotiation experience with a proven track record
3. A self-motivated & aggressive personality
4. Strong sales abilities and excellent persuasion skills
5. Excellent closing skills
6. A positive attitude
7. Great negotiating skills on the phone and willing to FOLLOW
UP CONSISTENTLY, with attention to detail.
8. Good organization skills and able to track 50-100 files at
a time.
9. Their own home office with office line, scanner, printer, fax
machine and line, and cell phone.
10. Spanish Speaking a Plus! But not necessary.

candidate is an ex-bank mitigator or if you have substantial experience

This job is
100% commission (early draws available once track record is established).
Commission based on price of home and what you are able to get
the bank to accept! (Most will be between $500-$2000 per home.
Some will be HIGHER.)

Proficient
with PCs and uses the Internet and e-mail often
Can
work part time now, but looking to eventually make it full time
Knowing
the real estate industry is a plus, but not a requirement. You
